3. Buying and Selling

CloutGem acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We provide an Escrow service to secure transactions.

Sellers: You represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of any account you list and have the authority to transfer it.

Buyers: You agree to perform due diligence. Once funds are released from Escrow, transactions are generally final.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Selling stolen or hacked accounts.
Attempting to reclaim an account after it has been sold ("pullback").
Posting false or misleading listings.
Harassing other users or staff.

5. Fees and Payments

CloutGem charges a platform fee for transactions processed through our Escrow service. These fees are transparently displayed during the transaction process. Users are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Limitation of Liability

CloutGem is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or from any disputes between users.
