Refund Policy

1. Refunds During Escrow

Buyers are eligible for a full refund (excluding transaction fees) if:

• The Seller fails to deliver the account details within the agreed timeframe (usually 24-48 hours).
• The account details provided are invalid or do not grant access.
• The account is significantly different from the listing description (e.g., incorrect follower count, different niche).

To initiate a refund during this phase, do not click "Confirm Receipt" and immediately contact support via the transaction page.

2. Finality of Transactions

Once a Buyer clicks "Confirm Receipt & Complete Transaction" inside the Escrow dashboard:

• The funds are instantly released to the Seller.
• The transaction is considered final and non-refundable.
• CloutGem can no longer reverse the payment.

Please ensure you have fully secured the account (changed passwords, emails, 2FA) before confirming the transaction.

3. Account Pullbacks

In the rare event of an account "pullback" (Seller reclaiming the account after sale):

While CloutGem takes strict measures to prevent this, post-transaction pullbacks are difficult to reverse. If this occurs:

• Contact CloutGem Support immediately with proof.
• We will permanently ban the Seller and assist you in providing evidence for legal action or dispute resolution with payment providers where applicable.

4. Deposit Refunds

Funds added to your CloutGem Balance that have not been used for purchases may be refunded to the original payment method upon request, subject to a processing fee to cover payment gateway charges.
